Introduction to Fantom Force

The Fantom Force project is an initiative started to increase representation of the military community in the NFT space. Our troops are at the forefront delivering the people of this nation their liberty, so we founded this project with the following goals:

1) Create a virtual community through Twitter, Instagram and Discord where members of the military community may choose to participate, represent themselves, receive honorable recognition, or honor their friends and loved ones.

2) Offer an online platform where members of the military community can learn more about NFTs, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

3) Contribute proceeds to veteran-owned and veteran-supporting non-profits. These donations will be voted on by a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), or a community of verified NFT holders. Payments to charities will be verified either through the blockchain or through wire receipts, depending on how each organization would like to receive payments. Specific details on the governance of the DAO will be outlined in a later article

At the core of our project, we’ve created 10,000 unique (1 of 1) pixelated soldier NFTs with a variety of different properties and sub-traits, thus creating a rarity factor that will create value for the collection. Beyond acquiring a cool piece of art, ownership will grant holders access to an exclusive community that delivers value to the veteran community and its members. Collectors can mint our NFTs through our website with the Fantom cryptocurrency ($FTM) or the Ethereum cryptocurrency ($ETH). Half of our collection will be launched on Fantom (5,000 NFTs) while the other half with be launched on Ethereum (5,000 NFTs).
